Rachel Knox is Studio Practice Leader, Health and a Partner at HKS. As the firm’s pediatric practice leader, Rachel works to lighten the load of hospitalized children and their families by creating welcoming environments. Coming from a family of nurses, she understands caregivers’ work lives and seeks their input throughout the design process.
