Southern Ellis is a Architect and Senior Medical Planner at HKS. He’s spent nearly a decade designing a community hospital in Tanzania. He is an adjunct professor, leading the Design for Health graduate studio at the University of Texas Arlington. He is a board member of the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health and heads the HKS XChange Fellowship. He was the 2011 HKS Health Fellow.
